I am 36 years old.In my case DM I since 1993, now with Insulina Novorapid (at least 6-8-6, and according to the glycemia that comes out) and Toujeo 48 units in the morning.Glico 7.
Work of nights (for 7 years, in the 112 Valencian Community, taking emergency calls), in my case work of nights has bothering the sugar because I do not sleep at night, nor for the day for environmental and neighborhood noises,In addition to that as you have already done an idea, my work is extremely stressful, which does not help you, I will ask you for if someone is like me, to know how it manages to keep the glyc lower.
