Insulin Tresiba (swallow)

As for the dose I have had to lower almost 6 units with respect to the Lantus ... but I am still in the trial-error phase.

If you do not care to all the foreros we could put all the data of our treatment at the signing of the end (adjustments - edit profile - signature preferences) to compare data between them.We must have them updated to serve us all (it helps me as something orientation).

@Gala my educator told me that if you got Lantus in different shots, the three -puncture but 20% less than the total of the Lantus units.I say it because I think that @Josep111 has told you that the same as three as of Lantus (which is if you only gave it to you) ..

First day with Tresiba Total Lantus units and from the second and successive 20% less than that total.

Then every two days we adjust the dose + - unit... ...... until the ideal for each one.

I personally guided me to know the ideal dose in the figure that the glucometer gives me when getting up.

In two or three weeks of treatment (one month) you are already putting the total you put with the Lantus but you have to start as I said in the previous message.

Always put it once a day trying to be the same time (with flexibility due to circumstances).

De Lantus put me 24 (only one dose).With threeiba I put on the first day 24 and as I was quite low I went down.Now I am in 18. I started using it 20 days ago.
@sigsauer, I think it's how you say.A dose of three of three of three then adjust.Two doses of Lantus 20%less than three and adjusting.

I will try tonight, I'm going to put the noon lantus like any day and tonight instead of Lantus that I would touch me again, I will wear the threeiba, 20% less because some half -day lantus will stay and watch with the dexcom

Tomorrow I no longer utlices the lantus (noon) only put the night of Tresiba 20% less than the total of the Lantus at the same time that you will put it today.

I am waiting for the inspector to seal and make the change on the weekend, in case the ridges as someone said out there !!!
My endocrine told me to click 20% less one (15) on the first day and make changes every three days of one.
It may be because I shed Lantus twice (16-4).
I am not commercial either but I have many hopes put in this insulin since Lantus is going quite bad for two years ... with what I have been waiting for her since they started to name it !!!!My endocrine says that it will be something more revolutionary than Lantus, which was already a great advance almost twelve years ago
I encourage everyone who is in it.
