Technically it is ultraprocess.I eat it daily but only at breakfast.I have changed many things about my diet but I resist to dispense with bread.Normal bread rises a lot;The protein feels good and and I solve my life at breakfast.Maybe I also have to leave it, because like @meginer I have hypothyroidism (subclinical) and soybeans is not very convenient.But I would have to find something that replaces it and that is easily available (I do not have to prepare before leaving a bread with egg whites, oven, etc).

Well this is my daily breakfast:
2 stabs of nuts.
Half cucumber.
Small avocado half
Steering puree bowl with leek.
Slice of one of these shit loaves with leaflet of gouda cheese, tomato spell, 6 slices of turkey and splash breast oil.
Small portion potato tortilla (also heat a tad).
Half cup of milk, rest water and nescafé.
And the days of training a little stronger, a fried egg.
It seems a lot, but it is not so much.Of course, varied and you have to have time for clear breakfast.If you go with the time attached to Cu ...., complicated.
And I don't try bite until eating.If a bike route more than 90K a protein bar.
Tomorrow I put a photo.
As my grandfather said before going to Segar: lunch well, eat more, dinner little and live.

I only light soy milk with Italian coffee maker coffee (I am classic in this) and 3 toast of "shit" bread (I liked the term) with butter and sometimes jam without sugar.
At 6:00 I'm not to do much more.
If it is ultra -processed but that of traditional mold as well and the bread in general is frozen and bakes it in stores ... few natural things are staying.
