Looking at this finally I found it in a Facebook group, I think it was the only one, but someone commented that care with exceptions and small print.

I have had Sanitas, being diabetic, and it was very good.It was an agreement of the company where I worked, that anyone entered without previous diseases or revision, that is, you simply made the application and you were already covered by everything, in fact I used it a couple of times.I paid about 40 or 45 euros ... until the "ere" of course ... that it already bother me for that, for once I had insurance ....
With American insurance, yes, it's fine ... but of course ... you can go 800 or $ 1000 per month in it (you do not pay social security), and if you did not have it, and you are diabetic ... you take itraw too.
After the small print of insurance ... Be careful if they take you in any but it is excluded previous diseases, because it does not cover anything ... diabetes affects everything ... in the end unless you break your leg ...

Hello everyone !!Today they did several activities for the World Diabetes Day and I was talking to someone from the Association about Barcilon insurance that was commented on the thread.
From what they told me, they admit diagnostic diabetics.In the case of types II without problems or anything.For type I the insured must be accompanied by at least two more people in insurance and there are restrictions for hospitalization in case it is a pathology caused by diabetes complications.But you can use it for everything else.

Knowing exactly what each consultation is can know, within the template they have doctors that evaluate each use you can make of the policy and any patient authorization request.
In my case I was working on a mutual and while hard work there, I was sure.It was a closed policy, so they were forced to take any company worker, I had what I had.
When I get the copy of the policy, I check that I was without deficiencies, pre -existing, copayment ... etc, we do not put me fight, but in my case I do sign a medical questionnaire where I indicated that I had diabetes.
The bad came once I stopped working there, they already kindly invited me to leave without renewing.
