I imagine that the results with Libreview see you, there is no way to transfer the results you use with XDRIP, Tomato or Glimp to the application of freestyle;But you just have to scan the sensor 1 time every 8 hours to monitor you.-
It is clear that since they are financing you the freestyle they do not like anything that you use myomiao or any other bluetooth transmitter, the same thing happens to me but I am scanning with my mobile especially to know if the sensor goes fine, the mm for theAlarms and clock.-

I have been freely freely two months and I wanted to ask you a question.
Do you carry any MEFIX or any other adhesive dressing on the sensor to protect it?
The nurse advised me to put it to prevent it from taking off but my experience is that it has never taken off.Quite the contrary, the MEFIX has always taken off and has hanging from the sensor with greater risk that the sensor could take off when changing clothes or with any other movement.
How is your experience in this?Has the sensor taken off sometime?How do you take it?Do you protect it in some way or do you simply glued as it comes out of the applicator?
Thank you very much and greetings to all.

Hello, my 6 -year -old daughter has debuted a month ago with type 1 diabetes ... so everything is unknown and new.

Little by little we are informing and learning.He has put the free freestyle sensor, and I have a doubt (good, but now I ask you one).

The sensor knows that you can only read with a freestyle reader, but can you read with several mobiles?That is, if we activate it with the freestyle reader first and then with my mobile, could you also use other mobiles with the app or will the reader be disabled?

Thanks for everything.

@Alicantara

Yeah.You first activate the sensor with your reader and then you can activate it on a mobile.I think you remember that you have to do it within the first hour after activating it with the reader.I did it immediately.But in that order.Upside down, first mobile I think he will not leave you in his reader.

Then the mobile readings can be shared to another mobile.What is not if you let you use several mobiles in the sensor!

@Tonino

I think it depends a lot on the skins.

I hit everything like a gap and I never took away anything.In fact, the problem was that after 6 months I gave me a great allergy.

I have a friend who, however, is usually put a fistened tape above to hold it after a week especially if you sweat.

I was considering trying the Free (I would like Dexcom more, but I am going to budget) to see what happens between punctures (my glycosilada continues to rise and most of the values I have are inside the range, but of course,They are punctures, what happens in the middle, no idea) but two things throw me back: the exaggerated differences that there are many times with the capillary and the issue that I give allergy (I have delicate skin, and I give me allergy the majorityOf the market tape ...), since I have also seen that many people have produced an allergic reaction the glue they use to keep it fixed ... Any advice about it?

@CGS

The allergy is complicated.Try first to see how.If you give you allergy, you will notice quickly.

I put 2 tegaderm, TB is worth the fixomull.He had a pattern identical to the sensor applicator and made a hole in the center with a machine of those that are used to make holes in the belts.I put the 2 tegaderm or fixomull (two) and then focused the sensor.TB I have put a compered one by tb a hole, but in this case I put the fixomull then on top because the compeed takes off the week.I have even disarmed the sensor and put an adhesive tape!This was complicated

It was engineering and work.There are many videos on YouTube if you are looking for allergy and freestyle.

After a while I gave myself and passed to Dexcom

@CGS Most allergies are after a few months of use of freestyle, it is very rare that you create an allergy with the first sensors although everything could be, anyway it does not have you to leave, the majority do not come out.-It came to me at the 1 year or so for use and as @jldiazdel has told you there are options to be able to use them without allergies, I now use Hansaplast Antirozaduras or elastoplast blister with the shape of the sensor and a hole in the middle to insert.-

Today they have given it to me and I have put it, previously of a talk and slides explaining the process, for the moment content with it, we will see how progress, that in January the sensors have already told me they would already have alarm (if hiccups occur or hyper)And the mobile notice would arrive ...

What luck!
I keep paying them.But they no longer charge shipping costs.

For a year or so, I no longer use adhesive, there is no way to take them off and several days are left on the skin.I give myself everything, alcohol, offender, removal, ... and I can't eliminate the adhesive.

Allergy gave me one and little.Anymore.

If you activate the sensor with the glucometer you are just 60 min to activate a single mobile, for the rest of the mobiles it does not work but the app has an option to share results by any means.It is best to register the user's mobile and use Libreview to see their live measurements.For this you have to use the same email account in the app and Libreview.

Hello companions, because I am commented on the case of my mother with the free.The truth is that it is a cucumber, the first day it gave a margin of error of about 20 but from 2 and 3 day the difference is minimal, since then everything is going well, it indicates if it has a tendency to go up or down, if it is going upVery quickly or is going down, half an hour before meals look at your glycemia with the free and if you indicate in 130 or 140 you go up and lower the stairs for 10 minutes and get at 80 or 90 before dinner, then thenIt has a trick you can eating little by little so that the blood glucose to more than 140 does not rise, that is, I know that my mother at noon gets 4 of Novorrapid and eats 9 portions, because instead of eating the 9rations of a blow, leave the yogurt or the 100ml of milk with coffee for 45 minutes after the food and when the blood glucose is lowered and the blood glucose is located, because its yogurt or its coffee with milk or an ice cream is eaten or an ice creamOf 1 ration, at night we have already controlled it, when at 00.00 it is done its glucose test and the arrow that is stable, it eats half a ration and thus rises very well and if the arrow indicates that this curved orInclined down because 1.5 ration is eaten, and thus we avoid hypoglycemia, for the moment my mother does not take off the patch.But I can tell you that it is an authentic Pepinazo, it also serves as a traditional glucometer, but since my mother has the free passes from punctures on the finger, except when something low on 60 0 70 that is done on your finger to check it.Of course, free hooks a lot, hooks and the sense of wanting to know how you have it every 5 minutes, allows youThe finger, it is also true that for example if you have it in 90 and you eat a yogurt and you pass the free at 2 minutes it does not notice that it was up, but the arrow already begins to change your position and indicates where it is directedYour glycemia, allows you to correct hypo and hyper on time ......

I am new in all this, I must pay for me to pay it for all endocrine tell me that since it is not 18 years old, it does not belong to me.How do you do it?
I have gone to the endocrine López Medina, but I did not go very happy with the treatment received and more when I have been really controlled.

Well, it has lasted me 5 days only ... the sensor was supposed to last 15 days, and this morning I had to change it for another ... tomorrow I call the laboratory ..
@kyra is weird, the nurse told me that all type 1 called them, those who are poorly controlled (it is not my case), but that why you are not minor ... I am 30 years old and they put it to meNothing totally free.

Edito: I have called the phone that the laboratory has free freestyle and sensors, I told them the error and they will correct it by sending me a new sensor, without any cost between 5-7 days arrives (they do not know why in some sensors a mistake jumpsAnd stop working), very good for them, very good attention from the girl who attended me that I was solved by the problem at 100% bluntly.
