From what I have read in different pages and forums, the toujeo (Sanofi) which is the substitute for the lantus that has a longer duration than this (lantus) but not as much as the threeiba avoids more hypoglycemia so it will be a matter of trying and prioritizingDuration or hypoglycemia ...
