Levemir (30ud. mañana y 24ud. noche) y Novorapid (en desayuno, comida, merienda y cena 40ud aprox - 24HC/día).

That does not seem relevant to me.The lag is always there.It simply goes unnoticed when blood glucose is stable.But it always goes late.And it is precisely in the hypos when you can trust an MCG and you must pull capillary glycemia.
