Hello, I use the use a year ago and if it is a faster pelin but the breakfast peaks there is no insulin that removes them.Well if you have breakfast fried eggs with nuts there is no beak but my sandwich for breakfast I don't forgive it.🤪

I have a lot of peaks and I changed to the FIASP without problems I have peaks but my gly had dropped from 7 to 6.5.I have been with this for 40 years and I have no complications I always do spikes and I still have good that if as a little and I exercise.
