Coca Cola Zero?

(First of all forgive if there is a thread on this subject, I have searched but I have not seen any).
I wanted to make a consultation: one day I was at home in hunger.I was tired, I had to work and there was more than an hour for dinner.
I decided to take a zero coca without caffeine to entertain my stomach.I started working.From there to a while I find myself much better ... how strange (I tell myself).
I punctuated me and I had 130 (the sugar had risen from ninety -something to 130!).I eat it to the endocrine and told me it could not be.
One Sunday I did another test at home and the result was the same again.
Has the same thing happened to you ???
It is not that it is a fan of Coca Cola, but it was something that I thought I could consume in a cafeteria, but it seems that it was wrong.

Coca Cola Zero does not contain carbohydrates, nor does Coca Cola Light.I usually take them and my glucose is not modified at all ...

It usually happens to me, when when the afternoon falls, it has a tendency to raise my glucose without seeing eate.
Nor does Coca Cola Zero take any effect on the levels

I also believe, as @"sherpa41", that this rise from 90 to 130 mg/dl is due to the variations made by glucose because if and I do not see such an important change;You are within a similar range.Glucose movements are not only should be taken or not carbohydrates, it varies many times and throughout the day and if you have a continuous meter you can realize it.It's not Coca Cola, I assure you, @"Amélie"

We once have the doubt when we leave, but she already has the habit, if they take it out in the glass, put a strip and check.

In fact we were also with a friend with diabetes, and only because of the fact of carrying a piece of lemon, being the Zero soda, marked around 60 and in my daughter, the same strips and glucometer.We were doing experiments .......... who saw us .......
