I did (on the German page) but I no longer use Abbott.
Maybe there are problems on the Abbott server.But remember everything has to come.Sensor and applicator in a single -use box!

Good, I think this must be old, but the first three sensors have been defective, I don't know if it will be a defective game that I have been provided with insurance.The first lasted me 12 days, the second two and the third six.
I do not understand what can happen, the three makes me an exhausted sensor without reaching 14 days.
Abott dos has already sent me, and tomorrow I have to ask for the third.I have not yet used these new ones, the third was part of the game of six that the insurance provided me.
It begins to be ashamed to call Abott, the truth is that I don't understand anything that can happen.

It is true that we sometimes have absurd shame.If the sensor fails, it is not your fault at all, it is clear that it is bad luck, it is not because of the time you put it or anything you do.
I understand you why when I have given mistake I have called Abbot without problem, but some sensors measured so badly that I have been with glucometer continuously checking and I have not called Abbot, when I should have done it.
Do not worry and if you fail to call, without any shame, what shame should give them a product with so many failures.That the diabetes theme is a very serious issue.
The thing is, that despite the failures, it gives a lot of information and tranquility, so that my hope is that at some point they get them to work perfectly.They are a breakthrough.

They will ask you how many days you take it and if very few will tell you that you expect any more.
Keep the doubt that it is the glucometer that marks badly, if they tell you something that you have also checked in the pharmacy and the glucometer is OK.
They will try not to change it, but if you insist.

Today, I spent the whole night to less than 50 (I was actually 100), but at 7 it has taken a 42 to 122 jump in Diabox and FreeLink.At 8h that I have lifted, glucometer, freelink and diabox with differences of 10 and 20.
The sensor has taken it from Friday night so I'm going to see if it measures good today and the problem is solved.

I am also very angry with Abbott.
They put a test sensor and everything perfect, so I decided to change to this method.
With my first sensor I made me 300 with the sensor and climbing and in blood marked me 190, a quite large difference one day after another, when I saw that I had 3 days and that it continued the same (marking with 90/100 difference)I called Abbott and they offered me another sensor.
The second sensor all good, good readings and good experience.
With the third I put it on January 6 and on the 11th I made me exhausted, I missed me because the day before it made me left 10 days, I have called and they have told me again that they give me another, evenThere everything is fine.
On the 11th I decided to let my arms rest and put the sensor after dinner, something I did, I put on the sensor I waited for the time that the application asks for and scanned.In that scan I told me that I could not take readings that awaited me 10 minutes, I waited 15 and at 15 minutes he told me to take off my sensor and place another new one ...
The truth is that I have 4 sensors + the test and only the test and 1 of 4 did well and it starts to seem a little mess, because you fail two sensors in the same day ...
