Ingredients:
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch (86g HC per 100g)
- 500ml of milk (the one who wants)
- Lemon shell (two pieces of lemon skin)

- A round puff pastry base (35g of HC per 100g, are usually 230 g or like)
