Guava!!!

I tried thousands of things and they all had some paste.
Juices: hot no one swallowed
Cocacola: It occupies a lot
Azucarillos: Break the envelope
Chuches: they melt
Gels: Very expensive and falls heavy in the stomach.

Now I am with the "guava snacks" and it's a discovery.
I bought a box with 36 packages (each are 26gr) and always fell 3 or 4 on top for the hypos.
Although they are compact they are soft, they chew easy, they fall well in the stomach and are rich.
Logically do not go back as fast as with a juice or cocacola but now with the sensor it is more common to look for the comeback before the fat symptoms of Hicm.

Ah!And the package comes to 14 cents with what is very good price

As I love chocolate to other colleagues, and in winter I have had a kitkat , and when I see that I go down because I am on a walk, I like just a bar of the4 that carries.

If not, I have also tried that I am doing well all year is a jellyge bar that sells Decathlon.A bar would be like 2R and go up quite fast, so sometimes if I don't want him to go up so much, I hit him only a bite, and how he is wrapped with a plastichito, it is well wrapped the same.

Ahh, and also licorice of the red I carry in my bag (wrapped in albal paper some cachitos), I give up in half a licorice strip, and sometimes, if I want me to climb meA little, only with half a strip, it climbs without too much peak.

And I recently tried the sugus again, after many years without trying them, and 1 or 2, they climb a little without much peak.

As @tone says now with the sensor you can correct more easily without reaching the hypo.
By the way @tone7 Do these guava snacks are sold in Madrid to try?: wink:

hello to everyone !!!

I know it is much more cumbersome, but Cocacola is a holy hand. There is nothing faster (and I have tried everything: candies, juices, sugar, .....).I see that I am down and I see the 70s of the freestyle: half cocacola, 5 minute, and like new !!!

I recommend it.(And let's know that I do not advertise, the Pepsi also works !!!)

All the best

+1.When I wear a cocacola in my backpack I am calm.

Candies and juices do nothing to me.And dry stick sugar gives me nausea.

It happens to me, it gives me a lot of disgust: '(

It is true that you can fall into sweets, sweets ... (how rich!) But when they are very often you end up fattening ... and apart the "rebounds" that later give...
If you can't anxious, I try to take glucose tablets Link
It is what works faster. The rest having fats ... It takes longer to climb ... and to say if you already have food in the stomach, intestine ...

Zero peaks, and are quite rich.

Dextrose tablets, which are glucose you take 1 and give you a lot of thirst, I leave you too dry, I don't know if there are flavors and are not different ??

Something that works for me and they do not give me picos to pass me are the cookies stuffed with nocilla, a pair or three normal or a pack of the kids, and are vice.
Then some glucose pills, although they are expensive if you have many hypos. Then the economic is what a friend who buys a kilo of glucose for hospitality for four euros, and puts it into reactive strips or in Zipp bags

My daughter, with Lantus, could eat everything on a hiccup, from a cup of chocolate to a ball ice cream.
Now with Toujeo it does not control it well, sometimes a candy is enough and sometimes it is low and then climbs if it eats more and ...
Above all he gets nervous when he sees 80 and going down, and he always happens by taking something.
Between sensor and slow change you get a lot of misleading.
The only thing is that the hypos are much less frequent than before, of course, it catches them in time ... but the glycage rose more than half point, almost 7.

@Regina I believe that Toujeo is more sensitive to the female hormonal issue. It changes a lot these days, it is my experience.
With Levemir or Lantus I didn't notice it so much

@Ruthbia, yes, it also shows it, you have to lower two units on the days of rule and upload them later.
