@albertot Much encouragement on this issue, it will also depend on your glycogen load, whether you accelerate your heart what has to do with those peaks.

Good I get about the basal one hour before running at 30 and at the time to download it to 15 and to run to see from 2 hours.
If at the time I am under I take a glu up and continue with the Basal 30 and when I finish merey and punctuate myself taking into account the Glu Up.
If I have not eaten doing sports, I don't like the next meal and keep the basal for a while.
It works for me, sometimes the mess a little but this is not 2+2 = 4 Sometimes it leaves 5 hehe.
I think k you don't have to take off the bomb and play with the basal
