Make sure you install the device drivers, if they were not (I should install it with the package), strength reinstatement, in Dexcom Studio ( Link you go to tools/DEXcom Receptor Controllers/Install OTHER DEXCOM receivers.Once you are connected, you have to assign a series of data to that receiver, and you should connect without problems to download data and be able to get reports.
