Let's see if I get up to date with the thread that I have totally forgotten.

Today I put a song that I discover using the spotify to run.The title of the song hit me, "Running Man."I heard it and I liked it for its rhythm that is ideal for lifting and running.But there was not the subject ...

.. It is intended to behind that song with a catchy rhythm other things are hidden that made it in my memory and be one of those songs that motivate to move on.

I recommend that you see the video first ... you would take a great surprise in the last minute.So I recommend that you see it until the end.Then read the lyrics in English (if you have not understood the song).I have not found it translated, if someone wants to translate it.

They say that I am of easy tear but there are people as fantastic as you and the rest of the classmates as I am not going to be.Come on and watch the video, not being able to?We can't do what?

New challenges already in mind, now to rest a little without stopping training for my new little crazy things, always with the head and letting the body rest between each hard test.
