I sleep quite well at night.Fulfill all the points, although perhaps the tenth sometimes costs.

I forgot.My educator told me to take a semi milk base.200 cl.or a yogurt.To not have dirty at night, I think that has influenced me a lot.I put cinnamon or a little vanilla.I hope to help.

HMM What happens to me is that at night when I go to sleep I start preparing but when I go to bed I am going to sleep and sometimes I do not sleep or 2 hours in a row, and on the day every time I give me as it gives meA lot of sleep and I walk sleeping, it is a vicious circle.In fact I do not take coffee more than generally in the morning.

It happens to me the other way around, I have been barely with diabetes for a month, without knowing which one, and I got up up to three or four times to urinate, and now, I only inject 24 apron units at night, and I sleep very well and too much, inA month only once I had 68 when I woke up, but I didn't feel dizzy or anything.

Diagnosticado con 620 de glucosa, actualmente con hbA1c de 6,7
