It seems that I do the other way around .. I put a lot of cheese intentionally, since as the nutritionist said the flour is fast and you have to slow down with a lot of cheese ..... please I am dizzy !!!I got a 450 km nutritionist where I live, in theory, diabetes specialist, I will have to schedule a trip.
Also x there is better to eat the pizza at noon, which then goes to the garden and plays.
But I had understood that it was positive to slow the fast .... Of course, all food is different in each organism, such as insulin, as everything is a day to day ... but all this worries me .....Graciasssss

Finding a nutritionist, if you live in a small town or move or look for some that can make online consultations by Skype or similar.I have never consulted with any but I have seen ads of some who consult by Skype.Search online to see if you find anyone who has good references.

I am quite interested in the issue of nutrition and I read a lot about that.I follow several on Instagram and Facebook and also usually read a website of nutritionists, doctors, people from the world of fittness (who usually have some nutrition title too) or people published on food. But what they say is general information to follow a healthy diet. For your specific case it has to be someone who adapts it to the needs of your child.

If you want to take an eye I leave you the names of the blogs to look for them, do not replace a nutritionist but if you have time to read you learn a lot. They are very prepared people who are up to date with the last studies that are leaving:

- Lameteoquevene of Jorge García-Dihinx, pediatrician at the San Jorge de Huesca hospital, nutrition and digestive unit.In the blog there are information from routes and mountain races and also nutrition. It has very good post where it explains things about metabolism in a simple way.
- Loquesumedosabe of Dr. Álvaro Campillo, European Doctor of Medicine and Surgery, General and Digestive Surgeon and Honorary Collaborating Professor of the Faculty of Medicine of Murcia.Write from different topics about nutrition.I think it's more active on Twitter but I don't have an account that I don't know.In a blog that I put later (fitnessrevolutionary) you have an interview with the one that is very good.In the end he says that he usually answers all the emails he receives with questions of doubts.
- LoquedicciacieradelGazar de Luis Jimenez, chemist. It has many very good articles and books (except the last one I read them all) about food, obesity. In all its articles and books it includes many references to scientific studies where it takes the information.
- Fitnessrevolutionary of Marcos Vázquez, is certified in nutrition and disciplines such as Crossfit, Kettlebells or personal training. The blog is a mixture of articles on exercise and nutrition. It also has a radio section where you interview very interesting people. And answer people's questions. All the previous ones that I put you have interviews here (this is how I have met you).It is very good to explain things so that it is easily understood and is very documented for everything you write (it also puts links to scientific studies).I have hooked on sport and healthy life thanks to this blog.
- The Coachnutritional of Roberto Videal, dietitian-nutritionist.I follow this on Instagram because it puts short videos where it explains basic food things in a fun way.He also has a blog (Robertovidalblog) but I don't usually read it so I don't know how to tell you what information is there.
And well as a result of these I get to know others and add more things to my reading list.

It is important that you handle the glycemic indices of food, that is, the speed with which they absorb and go into the blood (the rapid or slow one that rises, therefore). There are very fast foods such as bread, fried potatoes ... and others very slow, such as legumes or fat -rich foods or protein such as pizza, a hamburger, or a plate of macaroni with tomato and cheese, for example.

This already tells you that it is completely necessary to know how to put the fast insulin.

On the Internet, putting it on Google, you can see tables with the different glycemic indices.

I agree with @"jpr", the glycemic indices is important to control the peaks.
I have this attached in the fridge:

Link

It is fine because it has the IG, the amount of rations of a usual measure and the grams of food that make a ration. It is the most complete I've found.

JPR thanks !!I get out of work and look for the tables and others that I have stored, I have a notion of the IG, slow, fast, I am dizzy !!!!Above all, with this that the nutritionist told me that if you eat something fast that mixes it with something slow to avoid peaks, she recommended if she eats pizza that puts a lotI fell ... I had not read on before and after pizza insulin, all to take into account and try a little. Thank you

I have several stuck in the refrigerator, one that I put together with the things that is usually eaten at home, the CH, the IG, but I will return to read all this.Until now Tomi has peaks after breakfast, and I am trying, little by little, what I read that you do, to see which one is best, eat exactly the same in your snack and do not give you peaks.Usually, and x now, it is fine with their values, except for some situations that doctors say, if you can know what they owe, and others, as doctors do not understand, we fail to discover.

Do not overwhelm, gradually learn and test.
Insulin sensitivity is not the same throughout the day, usually in the morning there is more resistance but there are people who are the other way around.I use almost double units per ration at breakfast than at dinner for example. What I do to avoid peak is to eat very little hydrate for breakfast and something else in food and dinner. It is a matter of knowing how your body is and that is based on trial and error. As soon as you have the continuous meter you will also see the graphs of the whole day and it will be easier.
Even so there are days that go up or down and you do not find explanation, so many things influence it that it is impossible to have everything under control. To the girls for example with hormonal changes (ovulation, rule ...) we are lodged.
There are days to do the same and the same time as others give you up or down without explanation. To me the exercise with weights there are days that does not affect me and I keep myself and others that give me up without eating anything before. The endocrine told me that anaerobic exercises such as Peas could raise glucose but not always. So it's a lottery, I enter the gym well and I don't know how I'm going to get out.If I go high I correct and that's it, I'm not going to overwhelm for that or stop doing it.

If it is a "continuous" learning what is going well for tomorrow not and maybe it was.I disorient me, and I feel guilty on some opportunities, but with patience I will have to assimilate so much information, and above all that there is no 2+2 but as you know your reactions, and you lose a little the fear of the rapid, the lunch and goes to the garden, many times x fear that I apply less and then it is a little high.
Thanks Yezzi

Do not put so much cheese, that the pizza is slow, and put something more quickly. When coma pizza. And you see what you need.
You can eat everything, if you take experience with the fast.
Esc ace meals, insulin and controls., to learn more and more.
