I can't think of flavor because I still remain without smell or taste but my husband and my daughters have tried it and say it is good.

@isabelbota, I also make almond rolls.I discovered them at Link are very good!The Psilio replaced it with chia seeds.
I ever make a bigger one and when I round the dough, I leave in the middle a concave part.When the bread is almost done, I add in that hole an egg yolk and ham taquitos.Anyway, he is giving me hungry just to remember it.

I do take bread is Shape bread.It is a multigrain bread, high fiber content and 50 % less carbohydrates than whole wheat bread.

It depends on the brand has between 14 and 17 g of carbohydrates per 100 g.

Abasaglar 9 unidades. Metformina, 1000/0/1000. Humalog junior: 2 unid en desayuno y luego en función de lo que coma.

This is my first message in the forum.I have a 13 -year -old son, with type 1 diabetes since the 10. As he does not want to prick insulin for lunch, he usually eats very little in class, otherwise he could give him a coat of sugar.We put a bread misery with a lot of serrano ham, low fat cheese, etc.For that reason, we look for low bread marks in HC so I can eat more.

We have tried some protein bread marks (in slices), we have been using the following:

1- Tradition (traditional baker) of seeds with high protein content
We buy it in Consumption, 300 g bag)
HC (100g): 30.1 Price: 1.6 euros approx.

2- Orooweat (bimbo)
We buy it in consumption, Alcampo, etc.in 680 g bags (16 slices)
HC (100g): 30 Price: 2.60 euros approx.

3- KL Protein (Ysanadiet)
It is much more expensive, about 7 euros (in 365g bags), although sometimes there are offers (3x2 ...)
It supposedly has 11 HC (100g), but today looking in cut-engineer the same brand bag that has only 6 HC (100g).We have been using it but seeing the Freestyle curves think it has a lot more HC, they could be at least 20-25 HC (100g.)

4- Weider Carrot Protein
We buy it in 250g bags, it is in many online stores (Amazon, ...) is expensive (3 euros) and has a strong flavor (not very good).In theory he has 11.4 HC (100g) but surely he will have double.Because it does not convince us, we no longer buy.

We have seen other alternatives (in cut-uninterct, hypercor and some outletsalud stores, theherboristeriaonline ..) But we have not yet had the opportunity to try them:

Option 1 - Franjuba.In 500g bags, it supposedly has 2.4 HC/100g.It costs about 3.50 euros.

Option 2 - Naturpan.In 500g bags, it supposedly has 3.1 HC/100g.It costs about 4.5 euros.They say the expiration is only about 3 weeks.

OPTION 3 - KL Protein Panecillos.350g bags, it has 7 rolls.It supposedly has 12 HC/100g.It costs about 6 euros.

If you have experience with these types of bread or know some other recommended, please share it:

- HC assumptions are real?Other aspects to be valued would be the taste and composition, the price or expiration date

Per 100 gr, has:
6.1 HC, of which sugars 2.4.
Each slice weighs 70. gr.
How many slices can be reasonable a day?They have not given us any table that indicates how many HC can take up.
