Well that.I have been checking it for a long time.I talk about the same sport, cycling, either on road, countryside or spinning.

Except when I go on the road that are usually 3h30 to 4h, and in Spinning about 50 'when I start at 10h, having had breakfast at 7h 30, I get a barbarity, from 120 to 160 as little.

It could be the glucagon for the intense effort, but I say that the same would happen at any time.

However, when I do it from 7pm .......... doing the same about intensity and duration, I get the measurement over 50u.

I do not know how to blame it, unless my biorhythms influence or you know.

What happens to you is nothing weird ...

The body throughout the day does not have the same insulin resistance .. and the basal we put is supposed to be flat is not ... then it is not the same to do sports in the morning as at night or byThe afternoon ... Like insulin ratios they vary according to the string of the day to talk ...

Options you have:
-I insulin bomb
-Fijar the exercise schedule
-If in the hourly running strip you are going to hiccy, place the basal where you do less action ..

But if you want a stable plan where you do one day sport at one hour and another day at another totally different hour ... insulin bomb .. but ... you have to juggle with food.

Mus needs are small: Tresiva 16/18 when I raise and then 3.5 + 3.5 + 2 Humalog Food. If one day I spend, obviously I correct a little more.

I assure you that I no longer go around and try to take advantage of that situation.As I am now with a very low diet in hydrates (12 of Toujeo in the morning and about 5 units of Fiasp throughout the day), breakfast (2 units), I do sports (go up and go down slowly), I stay inRank during the hours I am working thanks to that climb and descent, as about 4 pm (2-3 units) and the rest of the afternoon-night I keep between 80-90 until I take some protein with minihydrate beforeGo to sleep.Peaceful night and start again.Is what there is ...

One of the good things of this type of forums, with people in similar situations, is to know that you are not unique and that what happens to someone is something shared by other people.If you tell the majority of medical specialists, they look at you with strangeness and salts with more doubts than you had when you enter.

Indeed, one of the things that happen is that doctors know about theory (those who know, because not all) but of practice nothing.And the only way to see that we are not crazy is a forum like this in which we discover that others also happen to us, that they are out of theory and logic, and that even a doctor does not believe, but they pass.
It should be mandatory for a doctor/specialist who has diabetic patients to have 100 hours of forum read ...

HG diciembre 2020: 15.9. Última HG: julio 2024 5.8
Abasaglar 9 unidades. Metformina, 1000/0/1000. Humalog junior: 2 unid en desayuno y luego en función de lo que coma.

  

@isabelbota, as an example that we both continue with metformin and exogenous insulin ... my endo hallucin when I tell it.But the reality is very stubborn .. :)

That happens except, when in my case,
One is patient and medical at the same time ... There are professionals who are dedicated to the control of diabetes and they are also, and obviously, they understand and control you infinitely better.
