Stevia

eme's profile photo   11/22/2010 8:44 p.m.

I tried the stevia and lost € 7 of the pull was in pills and does not sweeten anything look that the saccharin is dogWhether it helps you to know what Cafeteria has a good coffee and what not.

Nespresso with saccharin is great I imagine why it is a super coffee. Then there are cafoteria that the coffee is good but the purges and with it they would bring out its appearance.

I imagine that the Stevia will be a question of palates but for me a failure of € 7 as I said.

Well, the stevia that my daughter uses is powdered.Of course they sent it to me from Bolivia, but it has a great flavor.I guess there will be different types, brands and qualities.

To see a green powder to sweeten my yogurt at least a bit of repelús.And the sweetness is not that it seems so very great as to move on to that sweetener.I use overflows of those that give you in the coffee shops; They are only 2 grams and have dextrose (that is, glucose) as a base ingredient, but "allying" with some powerful sweetener in minimal amounts, such as cyclamate or saccharin.

I have tried stevia in drops as sweetener and infusion (which is very rich).
With the theme of Estevia you have to go with Hojo because it is hypotensive.A season gave me to take infusions of this daily and after a few days I was fatal until I realized. It was stop taking it and wonderfully.Of course, I am already a hypotension in itself, for someone who is a normotense or perfect hypertensive (without abusing, yes).

Hello, I am a diabetic for 15 years.

Look at this interesting article about sweeteners:

Link

The Estevia that they sell in that store, is the one I have used for a long time, it is organic stevia, nothing to do with the baratijas that you can find in herbalists.Highly recommended.

Another product that I recommend are the gominate for the kids, with vitamin D and Omega 3, the studies that are coming out on vitamin D, speak wonders of it, in issues of protection, prevention of many diseases, including type 1 diabetes,And world pediatric associations recommend taking all children, from babies to adolescence. And to adults, of course!

I was reading and only a little information, whom you are interested in this sweetener (Stevia), you can find it in Carrefour, Natren markets it.I saw him yesterday when I went to buy saccharin in small format for coffee, because I don't like bars.By the way, there was also in pocket format and I was about to take it to try, there were pildoras and envelopes. All the best.

Hello!

Here you have a recipe with Truvia: http: // santospatricia.WordPress.com/2013/02/18/Bizcocho-sin-azucar-para-diabeticos

I have done a test with Natreen Stevia, but the recipe breaks down because the proportion is 1: 9 regarding the same sugar volume (proportion with which I do not agree that is incidentally: Evil :)
The result is that the cake is too compact.I think it is the complaint that Gondullo had with the sweeteners who are not 1: 1 with respect to sugar.

I have to try Sugarsol like him.

Ah!Another interesting website: Link Although I warn you that there are some images of some sweets that I consider "pornographic"And they can hurt your sensibilities.:))

Greetings!

I tried the stevia in small round capsules format (the typical Natreen saccharin shape, etc) and I disappointed because the taste was for my taste too sweet ... I threw in a coffee a tiny capsule of these and the coffee wasToo sweet.Anyway, this Stevia was from Germany, which I have not tried the Stevia of the herbalist of my city ... It will be a matter of that.
As for the other sweeteners, the truth is that I do not like saccharin, aspartamo and so on ...: s but if I'm going to make a cake and put under glycemic index I will look at the pages you have put !!!!

A sweet greeting!;)

Well, I bought the Stevia of Mercadona's stevia to use in the milk and in the Danone, and I already imagine that it will have nothing to do with that of the herbalists, but I do not like taste at all [-x

I have also tried the Carrefour and a landowner and I don't like anything, they lack sweetness.
Now I have caught it powdered, and although it is not a taste like sweeteners or sugar, sweetener, but leaves a licorice type taste, I don't know a weird/peculiar flavor.
Now I am waiting for spring to ask me for some Stevia plants and have them at home.
