Vitamin D in diabetes

It seems that there is a relationship between the vitamin D deficit and autoimmunity normally almost everyone who debuts with DM type 1 usually has it low at the time of diagnosis.
The autoimmune effect seems to increase the lower you and the risk of having more associated autoimmune (especially hypothyroidism but also others).When climbing, exogenous insulin resistance also decreases that we administer (that resistance also decreases with good glycemic control and by eating less carbohydrates, from their own experience I find it).
In the last one I was 27 so I am taking it and we will see in a few months it has increased.
The def of vit d, as is not extreme.It does not give symptoms and if the doctor does not ask specifically, it does not come out in a routine analytics.

Diagnosticada de DM en enero de 2019, con tres generaciones (yo sería la cuarta) de diabéticos tipo 1 en la familia
En principio DM2 por resistencia a la insulina asociada a SOP (sin tener en cuenta los antecedentes familiares)
De momento, solo con Forxiga y Rybelsus (7mg) por la mañana
La glucosa hace lo que le da la gana
Ultimas Hemos: 7,2 (26/12/2023); 6,7 (12/2/2023, al mes de empezar con Rybelsus 3mg)

Well, to me the vitamin D flucuta.In winter, it lowers me, last week the doctor told me that she is a bit low, but as soon as she gives me the sun, she shoots, so as soon as she stops raining to put me in the sun like the lizards.
They don't send me any vitamin.
To my personally, I do not know other people, in Madrid I have not denied any evidence that was necessary or the public part of health (header and nurse) or the private, FJD.

Well, I have read all this year's regulations and I don't see any of that, there are many people taking vite D and we have to control their levels, I still ask for ... I don't care.

It happened to me the same but for the first time in my 28 years of diabetics.I was prescribed Deltius but in the root of this I began to investigate.Also since last summer I began to have atopic dermatitis and now he is improving.
I have also known as good sources that is being discovered that the vit D deficiency is related to greater propensity to autoimmune diseases.
