India has become one of the first countries to launch Awiqli (icodec insulin), the world's first weekly basal insulin for adults with diabetes.Developed by Novo Nordisk, this treatment reduces insulin injections from 365 to just 52 per year, offering blood sugar control comparable to daily basal insulin. The weekly insulin pen starts at ₹2,611.
Patients starting insulin therapy generally need about 10 units per day. With Awiqli, the same weekly requirement of approximately 70 units is administered through a single injection instead of seven daily doses.
The larger 2,100-count 3ml FlexTouch pen is priced at ₹7,833.

Humalog y Tresiba (mayo 2016 hasta mayo 2017)
humalog y NPH (desde inicio hasta mayo de 2016)
Now there is already a perished one in Spain, the problem is that it is for type 2 diabetics, for type 1, it is not useful since to last 7 days it has to be strong the first days and that causes hypoglycemia, so only type 2
