The Diabetes Association offers a talk within Red Cross activities for seniors

Members of the Mirobrigense Association of Diabetes offered on Wednesday afternoon a talk about this disease at the Spanish Red Cross headquarters, within the activities for older people organized by this entity every week.

As explained from the Red Cross, every week, from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., occupational, socio -educational and leisure activities are organized to help the elderly to combat isolation and loneliness.This favors the active and healthy aging of the elderly.

After the talk about diabetes, next Wednesday there will be a session on the prevention of cognitive deterioration and emotions management.It will be from 16.30 to 18.30.
