Hello, I am wondering what will be the best products for diabetes but I do not want or time to go store per store looking for products that contain less carbohydrates so I have thought that this forum could be some issue related to this.
Any topic where products suitable for diabetics are recommended?

It is the carbohydrates that tell.Normally the slow ones are better, but there are situations of tendency to hypoglycemia in which they need fast, such as sugar
And with a quick insulin and operating rations, you can also eat some sweet dessert, from time to time.
But that learns with practice and a lot of glucometer.
In type 2, if you do not use insulin, then carbohydrates are very restricted.
Anyway, if you buy sugar -free products, also keep your hydrates into account

The only thing that I buy without sugar is the chupachups, the HC must be controlled a lot and within them the sugars and the fats.
I prefer to eat everything and use insulin.
It is also true that I try to avoid fats for my health.
