I wanted to know how many grams of cake would be a ration.

Taking into account that I am doing without sugar, and it is the typical cake that is done with the measure of yogurt.

What it carries is flour and a natural yogurt.

I make that cake with 200 gr of flour and a yogurt and divided into 8 chips and there are 2 portions of HC each or so
