Hello, I am new in this forum, although I am diabetic since 2000. I usually lift my2 hours 192. I don't know what to continue climbing or reduce the hydrates even more, although only as 60gr.of whole wheat bread and coffee with milk. I continue waiting for your help.Thank you all

Try oatmeal in milk, instead of bread.
Anyway you are getting a lot quickly at breakfast, it is as if you are no longer basal ..
What slow do you use? What time do you put it on?Hiper, is it only at breakfast?
Welcome!

If you get 14 at breakfast at lunch, how much do you wear?Don't you slow every 12 hours?Although Tampoko arrives very high because a diabetic is acceptable until 180 and the rapid lasts about three or four hours and at two hours you are 192.

At breakfast (if work of afternoons) I put the double per ration of HC.I gave myself to the free sensor that was fine at two hours, but I kept going up to 3oo at 3 hours of having breakfast and then began to go down.So increase and now very well.
@manu505219, if at two hours you are in 190 and then start going down would not touch anything, but you can also get faster.Look to see how you are at 3 hours.

@Pelusagorda, depending on what I will do I need twice as insulin by HC ration for breakfast than for eating and dinner.

Yes

If I put 14 from Lantus at 11:00 p.m.And the climb is only at breakfast, then I put between 2/3/4 units depends on what he has and will eat.
But I still think that it is a lot of insulin for so little hydrates, I don't understand much

Each one is a world but 60 gr of carbohydrates spread between coffee milk with milk and whole wheat bread with 14 novorapid units I don't know, it seems that there is something that does not fit ... 14 Lantus units if you get up inThose figures is very good but the 14 units with that breakfast discourage me everything .. I would consult with the endocrine ..

If you wake up well and get to dinner well, the slow one is fine.
It will be that resistance that they say there is in the morning.
I don't know if you've tried not breakfast someday and see how you get to eat ..

Thank you for your answer, I am going to breakfast tomorrow based on proteins to see how it is, I have also had several descents during the day, and at night I have to take some of hydrates before going to sleep if I do not do hypos at night

Let's see if with threeiba it is better. Anyway, the important thing is glycosilada.
And there are no hypos, especially at night.
Lantus hypos at night, usually improve if it is passed at noon. But the resistance in the morning will continue.
