Horcata without sugar

Hi, I have a horcher in my K neighborhood makes a sugarless horchata.Ask him and only carries sucks and water neither saccharin nor anything (you put him to taste)

I think the horchata has to climb more than a glass of milk.
But I wouldn't know how to be equivalent either.

What I found says that 100g of chufas are 31g of HC and a vessel of horchata about 45g of HC.
On all the website that I have looked, they talk about "energetic" product
