Cycle of Conferences on Diabetes in Morón de la Frontera

The Association of Diabetics of Morón and its Adimo region today begins a cycle of conferences aimed at people with diabetes and relatives with the talk 'Psychological and emotional aspects in diabetes', offered by the clinical psychologist and expert in Diabetological Education Javier Hurtado.

The conference will continue with the presentation entitled 'Sports and physical activity as basic pillars for the good control of diabetes', which will take place on Wednesday 8 and will be carried out by Fernando Herrera Atienza, a graduate in Sports Sciences and Physical Activity.Founding member of the 'Team One Diabetes Challenge' team.

On June 15, the turn will be for the Diabetes Educator of the Clinical Management Unit of Endocrinology and Nutrition of the Virgen de Valme Ángel Martínez García University Hospital, which will offer a conference with the title of 'Diet applied to diabetes: carbohydrate -most useful and effective therapy '.

The cycle will close on Wednesday 22 with the conference 'News in Diabetes Mellitus Type 1', by José Ignacio Fernández Peña, a member of the Endocrinology and Nutrition Clinical Management Unit of the Virgen de Valme University Hospital.
