It is better to walk fast than run
Walk, walk, walk .... at a good pace and low glucose.I am walking an average of 8 km a day and I do well.
As I do not sulked insulin I have no hypos. The only thing that does not forget is the five meals a day.
Before, when I was more uncontrolled, I sometimes had false hypoglycemia after exercising, but it was for the peaks, because I was really 80 or more and I felt fatal.

If in fact walking fast if it helps you a lot, I did not believe it because I thought the walk was very light and not burned so many calories to lower the blood glucose but I was wrong, and now that is what I do
I am sorry to be hard but that better walking ... better for whom?Impossible to generalize, the first thing is that walking is always beneficial, but running is an activity that brings things that you would never get walking. As you say walking does not generate a great impact, articula or metabolic barely.Nothing is better or worse than, they are simply tools and you have to know how to use them for each case and person
