High A fasting glycemia - Type 2

I am type 2 diabetic, with metabolic syndrome, and as a result of several risk factors I suffered a heart attack two years ago.

I am currently with treatment, I have lost weight and I have a healthy diet.I take metformin and I have normal indices throughout the day, except in the morning that always highs me 126-145.

I worry I can not correct those indices and I would like to know if any of you happens to you.

I usually have it higher in the first hour and fasting.MINIMUM TO HAVE 111, from there up.Except that I spend eating at mid -morning or afternoon, I do not usually be with those values before the rest of the meals.Once fasting came to 140 but it is the times.
