Story about diabetes for children

The Federation of Spanish Diabetics (FEDE), together with the Navarra Association of Diabetes (ANADI), and with the support of Cinfa laboratories, launched the interactive story about diabetes, entitled 'Bruno & AMP;Pumballoo: The colored snack ', to approach and normalize diabetes to the children's public.
Likewise, and on the occasion of the celebration of World Diabetes Day, which will be held on November 14, and to raise awareness about the importance of educating in health to face what is a chronic pathology, the digital producer Caring Books has createdA didactic and interactive story for children between 3 and 6 years in application format ('app').
The story stars the already common characters of these animated stories: a child who has a food allergy, a chameleon and magical beings that help any small with some special disease or circumstance.
Yuna, the girl with diabetes that teaches her companions the disease
In addition, this story presents a girl with diabetes, Yuna, who within the story explains to the other children the particularities of her illness and how she must adapt her food to her, for example, using fruit for her dessert contest.
As this story, all the stories of the series are based on educational content aimed at children suffering from some pathology, disability or are at risk of social exclusion, and reflect situations of their day to day.His multilingual stories (Spanish, English and French) work values such as friendship, solidarity and inclusion, through a fun and interactive design.Created in 2014, stories have already discussed issues such as leukemia or motor disability.
