Help for reducing day by son with illness

Today I asked for a transfer for the same cause (because I work out of my place of residence) and they have denied it (I have claimed it) and this help I still did not request it but I would like to know if there is something that can be doneso that there is no choice but to give it to him ...

A transfer is not the same as that law.I know officials who have given him the reduction but have had to fight it in some cases with writings passed by registration.
You are sure that you do get in touch with your union but you get it.

Be luck,@ Maríah14, years ago they granted the disability to the children, now they have removed it, when they are totally dependent on an adult.
I don't know if it will help you to request it..., I think that in some cpmunity they still grant it.
I requested it for my 5 -year -old daughter and they gave me 0%, it seemed impossible to believe.
