How to prevent freestyle sensors from taking off?

I am using the freestyle and when I do sports the sensors because of the sweat they take off.

Is there any system or glue or whatever you hold?... because if it doesn't often business.

I have thought of tenseplas the band that sticks but .....

At first I used a transparent dressing, but with the heat especially in summer several sweat sensors took off.Now I do not wear anything and try to clean the sweat frequently with the intention of keeping the zon as dry as possible.For now it is working well.
