Hello!

I share a simple recipe, of sugar -free apple cake and in a healthy plan.It is juicy, I hope you like it :)

Here you also have the complete recipe with photos, although I leave it written below: > Link

A hug!

INGREDIENTS

2 Golden apples (medium-large)
3 medium eggs
1 Nganed natural yogurt
3 MEASURES OF INTEGRAL FLOUR YOGUR (200GR)
1 tablespoon of olive or coconut oil
30gr of granulada Stevia
1 yeast/baking powder (16gr)
A pinch of salt
Peach/peach jam or apricot
2 teaspoons of water

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1
We turn on the oven above and down to 180º, so that it preheats while preparing the recipe.

Step 2
Peel and cut the apples into small dice, and put them in a saucepan over medium heat with a little water. We will separate a few (a small handful) to put them inside the cake then, to have stumbles.

Step 3
We boil the chopped apples until they are very soft.As the water evaporates, we are adding a little more (to spoonfuls), the right thing so that the apples do not stick to the saucepan or burn. When they are softened, we remove them from the fire and pass them through the blender until a creamy and lumpy paste is left.

Step 4
In a bowl, we beat the egg yolks, stevia and yogurt (we keep the whites in another bowl to mount them later).

Step 5
We add the flour using as a meter the glass of the yogurt that has been empty (3 times, or what is the same, 3 yogurt measures), we get well, add the yeast, oil and a pinch of salt, and return tomingle.Do not worry if you stay the dough attached to the rods, it is normal and with a couple of taps on the edge of the bowl it falls;) Anyway, you can always use a cat tongue to mix the dough, but it will cost youmore than the ingredients are well integrated.

Step 6
Now we are going to recover the ingredients that we have been away.We take crushed apples, and add them to the mixture with the help of a cat or similar tongue.

Step 7
We beat the whites that have been left over from the eggs about to snow, and we also add them with enveloping movements, from outside in, so that they do not get off.

Step 8
Finally, we add the apple pieces that we had reserved at the beginning, and we distributed them uniformly throughout the dough.

Step 9
We grease a mold (I have used a rectangular silicone) with a little butter or the greased that you have more by hand, so that the dough does not stick, and we pour the mixture of cake inside.

Step 10
We bake at 180º for approximately 35min, depending on the oven. When you see that it gives up, nail a stick in the middle, and if it comes out clean, it is ready. With 35min fair, it has been very spongy. We unmold, and while it is still hot we brush it with a peach syrup (you can prepare it by heating in the microwave a teaspoon of peach/peach jam along with a tablespoon of water for 1min at maximum power). We let cool, and that's it!
