Our experience and other people have been good.
Do not forget to carry insulin and everything reactive to diabetes as hand luggage as well as the medical report so that at the airport they do not put in with insulin, syringes, etc ...:
The medical report should be sealed by your doctor, they usually have models in English and Spanish, if not in the link you have a report model.
