Hello!

I am type 2 diabetics since 2012 (I am 45 years old).

I have taken all the medications that exist and next week I start with insulin. My last glycosylated hemoglobin was in 7.7 and although I practice sport, I have changed my food system and I have taken the medications, I do not have the sugar well controlled.

In March I have my first date with the endocrine.

My question is whether you have been taking nutritional complements for a long time, not only vitamins and minerals but benphotiating, flesh, alpha lipoic acid and coenzyme Q10, to prevent and mitigate the progressive aging that diabetes entails.

I started in December 2015 and I want to tell the endocrine, to see what he tells me.

Do you have experience with this?
