The Spanish Diabetes Society (SED), together with Astrazeneca, has presented the 'best communications in diabetes and obesity' awards during the XXVII National Congress, held in Bilbao.

The initiative consists of five 'Publi-Becas' in the field of research and prevention of heart disease, high prevalence in Spain.
