Diabetes can arrive in many forms and ages.The mission this year is a more conscious and informed country about the condition of diabetes pointing to a future full of life, with the motto "Diabetes does not stop me."

With this motivation, the foundation learning to live invites the fifth edition of “We won the race to diabetes 5k/10k”, an activity for the whole family, loaded with movement, joy and many surprises to be held on Sunday, June 12 inThe Botanical Garden.

The details of this activity were presented at the new Upstires At Meat Depot restaurant, which served as a stage for numerous figures of Dominican social life, friends and related to meet this new campaign that this year is dedicated to diabetesInfant

The objective of this event is to reveal truths and break myths of this condition that affects thousands of Dominicans.
"Diabetes does not define life time, time defines it," said José Antonio López, president of learning to live, during his speech.

While Gabriela Desangles, communicator and figure of this campaign, highlighted how positive and valuable the work that the Foundation for all Dominicans is.
