The Municipal DIF of Coatzacoalcos will offer free care to patients with diabetes, hypertension, cholesterol and triglycerides, as part of the activities that will be carried out during the national campaign of the fight against obesity to be held on July 4.
The studies will be carried out in coordination with the Medix laboratories, who will use a device called “in body”, which measures weight, size, fat percentage, lean fat percentage, body mass index and water to people from 18years.
The DIF medical body will attend each of the cases of diabetes, hypertension, cholesterol or triglycerides in a personalized way and will give the relevant indications for their control, both in medicine and food, and in care that they must follow to improve their quality of life.
The service will be provided only on Monday, July 4, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., so citizens are invited in general to take advantage of this preventive health campaign.
