Good afternoon,
I have changed the Lantus insulin to Toujeo, and they have told me to put the same units as Lantus.
But the question is that in the Solostar de Toujeo he writes via subcutania 1.5 ml.and that of Lantus puts via subcutania 3ml.That means if I put 12 units of Lantus, now do I have to put 24 units of toujeo?Since a unit d lantus (3ml) serious 2 units of toujeo of (1.5mlx2)
I await your help.
thank you

In the ball the units are not marked?

You have to put the same units I put 24 to 26 in the morning and before I put 24 of Lantus. It is a concentrated insulin, so the toujeo is 1.5 and the lantus was 3. The dose the same as the doctor told you

As @alfonso45 says if you have been told that the same units because they put them, are less milliliters because it is more concentrated, so mark the same units in the ball and voila
