Recipe page for Diabetics and Hypertensive?

Hello, how is everything going?I hope well.The issue is this, I am looking for recipes with little or without salt (I'm not hypertensive, but I want to try recipes without salt to see how everything goes), and suitable for diabetics, could someone recommend some pages with good recipes?

Well, I don't know any .., but anyone is worth it, you tell the hydrates and decrease or take away the salt ..
