Good morning @fer,
I have also read that the blood pressure is taken in infusion, which would be ideal for hypertensive.
Do you know if this has something true?
Greetings and good week

For hypertensive, the ideal is to go to the doctor, to propose certain changes in habits, monitor you and if necessary put a treatment.

When you make an infusion of a plant you cannot know how much active substance you are ingesting, nor the possible interactions with other medication or other health problems you have.
