Smartwatch smart watches and xDrip Nightscout

Hello everyone again, comment if you have used the occasional smart watch with XDrip and Nightcout
Tell us how it has gone and if you can go up a photo brand etc.
So far I see that the Pebble brand is going well as I have read in other forums too.
Mark prices models in the end everything you can think of

Does anyone know how to do so that in the Apple Watch the same unit of measure appears on the phone?

Nightscout puts me on the phone for example 115 and in clock 6.4

I imagine it is because you have to change the unit of measurement on the clock, but I have not found how to do it.
