Since I was diagnosed, they prescribed me insulin 70/30.
I have fogged to stay at the recommended levels,
But I think that if I use slow insulin and fast insulin separately, I will do better.
What do you think?

I started with mixtures when they diagnosed me and is much easier with slow and fast separately.It gives you more flexibility and you can correct if you are high.With mixtures you have to be stricter with schedules and food.If you want to change, talk to your endocrine and change you.Just testing you will know if you are doing better or worse and you can always return to the above if it doesn't work for you.I think it will be better with change.
