My father has been diagnosed with 85 too.I think they do know what they can or may not eat, but that many times they think, for what I have left in the convent ... the Magdalena in the morning there is no one who takes it away."Don't worry, if I take it integral."And, well, the truth is that in the rest he eats well, let's leave that little pleasure while the doctor does not put it more raw.

I have it clear @Thera, who eats what he wants.I will only try to eat less potato, bread, rice and pasta. It is one of those who think, even having a daughter DB1, that only the sweet has sugar, so he alone has already removed it.

PUF!It is exactly the same as @anaisabel, and I've been 45 years! The truth is that there are times that obsess and I have no life, well my life revolves around "sweet figures" and is worse. So I understand you 100%.

By the way I in my life have come down from 🤷‍♂️

Good morning

They are very beautiful and accurate comments that you do above.I insist on the same, try not to obsess with one or more punctually high or low figures. Most of us already have enough filming to know what to do.With all this I mean that while some figures are important, it is no less our mental health, that which must also be taken, especially knowing that this is forever.

And often, a continuous or disproportionate concern does not lead to anything good.

All the best.
