About twenty people participated in the healthy workshop that Red Cross carried out around diabetes.
The Red Cross Regional Assembly in Peñaranda has hosted a health workshop that, under the title, ‘Reaprende.Give yourself to the good life, ’he focused his activity to offer healthy guidelines and advice to improve the quality of life and reduce vulnerability to diabetes.
About twenty people attended this activity in which different guidelines were offered to begin and maintain a series of habits that mainly contribute to the prevention of type 2 diabetes and to the decrease in the impact of the disease once diagnosed, making special emphasis onThe early detection of it.
