Sweeteners, which are the best?

What are the best sweeteners?

I usually use saccharin in coffee pill, I tried the stevia but I didn't like it.

Is there any grain sweetener with sugar to throw it into the fruit?

I use nourish, the box is worth a little face I think almost € 3 but I like it more than others.I have tried pills, drops, stevia (Puaj [-x) and I stay with nourish

I use Mercadona saccharin in both pills and envelope.I don't like the Estelvia and other sweeteners I do not know.

I use hermesetas. It is a sweetener who recommended a diabetes educator and is luxurious. I think it can only be achieved in pharmacies

What if you try to take all that you say without sweeteners?The fruit is sweet in itself, does not need any addition.Coffee is a matter of getting used little by little ...Until I got used to taking it with nothing ...

The sweetener has a taste more similar to sugar is the succral.There are many brands and for me the best of all I have tried is Santiveri's sweet, which comes in granulated or liquid format.It costs the 90 ml boat about four euros, much cheaper than they sell in herbalists or supermarkets.I am bothering to give marks, but it is the only way to identify it: -s
