Ketones in urine but normal glycemia

Today I did an analysis of ketones because I was a little bad and they left quite high but the sugar had it "normal" (170)
What can it be due?Do I have to worry?

Ok, I have measured again an hour later and I had nothing, I don't know if it would be that an hour before I had a hyper and I had not noticed, like the ketone in the urine measures the hours before ...
Even so, 3 crosses had come out and it had never happened to me.
