Hello, I am Ramon (Mirineri), 43 years old and HCE 2 years who discovered type 2 diabetes. I am just with the authorized orders to go in these days to do my studies even glycosilada.
The only different thing that I have been noticing is that maybe I have periods during the day that I do not eat more than a coffee, especially the naps the half morning, breakfast/ lunch and dinner I am going well.
This week I am trying to improve that and carry food or collations to see if something changes ...
