Hello good.A Abbott's freestyle glucometer has used years ago, but it gives me a little anger to have to throw button batteries every x months, having rechargeable batteries at home.Do they still sell glucometers that work with AA or AAA batteries? Those who have any, could indicate brand and model and if they think it is recommended.Thank you.

Hi Carlos1979, I use the Aviva Expert from ACCU-Chek and works with three AAA batteries.Although there are also some with rechargeable battery, such as a mobile.

@"Carlos1979", good day.I had the same problem and in Accouched they suggested using a good brand (I use Maxell) and when installing them in glucometer try to touch them the least possible because when they come into contact with our skin they are downloaded.Greetings.
